The Village of New Minas Commission and Staff wish to acknowledge the generosity of these businesses throughout New Minas for their support for our Feb 20, 2010 Winter Carnival, Cornwallis Chevrolet Buick GMC, Sobeys, Happy Harry’s Affordable Building Centre, The Swimwear Hut and Jerry’s RV Trailer Sales & Services.
The Village would also like to thank Habitat for Humanity & K-Rock 89.3 for their help with this event, it was a fun day.
The village would also like to express a big thank you for all who attended our winter carnival which helped make it the success that it was.
Winners of our snow sculpting contest, winners received the swimwear package and the Jerry’s RV Trailer Sales & Services package. Earle Paynter received our Happy Harry’s area rug door prize.
