The Village of New Minas is located in the Annapolis Valley along the Evangeline Trail, east of Kentville, west of Wolfville, take exit 12 101 Highway.

Lockhart & Ryan Memorial Park, is located at the north-end of the village, is a 45 acre community park hosting 2 ball fields, 2 tennis courts (lighted), 3 soccer fields, ,mini-soccer field, 2 beach volleyball courts, picnic areas, trails and playground.
